Glamour Lounge will be reopening May 15th.

Here's what to expect.

Please, If you are sick or have been experiencing a cough, fever, or any other symptoms of illness within the last 14 days, please stay home and reschedule. If you have been around someone who is sick within the last 14 days, please also reschedule. 

1 • Only clients receiving a service may come into the salon. No one is allowed to accompany to your appointment.

2 • There will be no beverages served. Clients can bring their own beverages but we ask they also take any trash with them to dispose of it when they leave the salon. 

3 • Our waiting area will be closed. Please call us when you arrive and wait in your car. A team member will call you when we’re ready for you to come in.

4 • We ask clients bring as few items with them as possible.

5 • We will be taking temperatures of all guests and staff upon arrival.

6 • Clients will be asked to wash/sanitize their hands upon arrival.

7 • Masks are required. Your stylist will be wearing one and we require that you do as well. We will have a limited supply available for purchase if you do not have one.

8 • No cash payments. We will send you an invoice for touch-less payment.

9 • No blow drying. We love seeing the end result of your new hair after blowdrying and styling as much as you do but we will be skipping all blowdries at this time

10 • One client per stylist at a time. No double booking. This means your stylist won’t be able to see as many clients per day. Please be patient when waiting for an appointment.

11 • Staff will be sanitizing all surfaces frequently all throughout the day.

12 • All stylists will be thoroughly sanitizing all stations and tools after every use. 

13 • We ask clients please touch as little as possible. Please do not touch products on our retail shelves. If you need products we will grab them for you.  

14 • Our cancelation fee will be waived until further notice.

15 • Your initial appointment may take longer and require more product. This may cost more.

We want to see you as much as you want your hair done, but please let’s do it in the safest way possible. Let’s all show each other kindness by doing our part. We again thank our clients for all their patience and understanding and will look forward to seeing you soon.
